Education and Experience
Mark graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Honors College. He then earned his J.D. cum laude from the Maurer School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers and served as Managing Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal. He clerked for Judge Paul Mathias of the Indiana Court of Appeals, Chief Judge Larry McKinney of the Southern District of Indiana, and Judge Robert G. James of the Western District of Louisiana.
Extensive Legal Journey
Before returning to Logansport, Mark defended corporate clients in government enforcement actions at Seyfarth Shaw in Chicago. He later served as Deputy City Attorney for Logansport and has represented employees in federal civil rights cases. Today he teaches appellate CLE programs, serves as a moot-argument panelist for the Indiana Appellate Institute, and regularly argues case to the before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Local Commitment
Our roots in Cass County run deep. Mark and Amber are Logansport High School graduate who have spent more than two decades serving families across north central Indiana, from our office to courtrooms in Cass, Howard, and Pulaski Counties.
